Split Levels - How can I use different room heights in a floor?
The Earth is not flat and some of us happen to live on a slope. If you need to create a building on more than one level, then you must first make sure that your software version includes the multiple buildings and the virtual wall functions. The following example shows how to create 2 rooms, where room 2 is 1m higher than room 1. We also want to have a stair case span both rooms, maybe to a gallery.Method:
1. Draw your first building, lets say at ground level.
2. Draw your second part of the building by creating a New building. Set the floor to be 1m above aground level.
3. Where the two buildings adjoin, replace the walls with a virtual wall.

If you want the ceiling height to be the same then simply increase the ceiling height of the second building.
