Placing Walls - how do I change the alignment axis?

After the first click when placing a wall, press Ctrl+W to switch between the wall axis: internal, center and external alignment.

Press Ctrl+Q to change the axis at the beginning of the wall; press Ctrl+E to change the axis at the end of the wall.
