Draw in 2D and Visualise in 3D
Much like drawing a plan on a drawing board; you draw using a bird’s eye view removing the complexity of working in 3D. Simply drag and drop walls, doors and windows etc. Into your project, placing each element precisely with the help of guidelines and a definable grid. As you are drawing your project, a 3D model is being drawn in real time. With a click of a single button you can instantly view your project in 3D. Choose different elevation views, cross sections, light calculations and walk through virtual tours before any construction commences.

Visualise Creative Ideas Visualise and test your creative ideas!

Add furniture and fittings; quickly drag and drop colours, materials and textures and see your creative ideas come to life. Realistic light, reflections and shadows will also help determine lighting and finishes

Detailed Floor Plans Print your drawings at any scale or paper size you wish. Add accurate dimension lines and other details required for planning permission. Cavity walls can also be represented in your plans. Show landscaping, fittings and furniture in your plans. Send your files to your architect using the DXF export tool or import DXF CAD drawings and commence designing from existing plans.

Roof Editor Automatic roof or manual roof design supports a variety of roof styles including ridge, pent, flat, hipped, partially hipped, mansard (French roof), Mansard gable, Barrel, sloping roof and dormers. Design complex roofs using free the free roof tool and/or multiple buildings.

Dormer windows can be placed into roofs, supporting Flat, pitched, trapezoid, hipped, barrel, bat and terrace dormer windows.

Generate and place stairs with a few simple clicks, adjust parameters and see the changes instantly in 3D. Supports timber and concrete stairs, including straight, L shaped, U shaped, spiral, curved, winding, ramps and your own shape using the polygonal stairs.

Additional floors are easily added allowing you to copy all or some of the existing floor plan. Different floor heights can be set for each floor level allowing you to create complex split level designs. Floors can be viewed individually or as a whole in order to simplify your workspace.

As your designs are automatically created in 3D, elevations and cross-sections can be viewed instantly in 2D and 3D. Easily communicate your ideas by viewing your cross-section in 3D. Dimension measurements can be shown in both Elevation and Cross-sectional 2D views.
